Suitable for the Dietary Management of Phenylketonuria and Hyperphenylalaninemia. Low in protein and low in Phenylalanine. Gluten free. Ingredients: Potato flakes (55%) (Potatoes, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabiliser: E450, spice: curcuma, antioxidants: fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid, citric acid, preserving agent: sodium disulphite); modified potato starch; flavour; spice: curcuma. Contains sulphite. Date 18 April 2015 Preparation Preparation: Add ½ teaspoon of salt to 350 ml of water and bring to a boil. Remove pot from heat, add 48 g of potato puree and stir using a wire whisk. Just before serving, add a piece of margarine or butter at own discretion. Packaging 400 g per tin, packaged in a protective atmosphere Storage Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life 24 months
